The perversity of the alternative sexual identity movement, expressed through innumerable alphabet acronyms, is more insidious than most people realize. In the beginning, God created man male and female.
26 ¶ Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; and let them rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over the cattle and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”
27 God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.
28 God blessed them; and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it; and rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”
Something very deep took place in the creation of man. God created man in His own image, and He created them male and female. God said, “Let Us make man in our image, according to our likeness.” Later, in Gen. 2, God states:
18 ¶ Then the LORD God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone; I will make him a helper suitable for him.”
19 Out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field and every bird of the sky, and brought them to the man to see what he would call them; and whatever the man called a living creature, that was its name.
20 The man gave names to all the cattle, and to the birds of the sky, and to every beast of the field, but for Adam there was not found a helper suitable for him.
21 ¶ So the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon the man, and he slept; then He took one of his ribs and closed up the flesh at that place.
22 The LORD God fashioned into a woman the rib which He had taken from the man, and brought her to the man.
23 The man said, “This is now bone of my bones, And flesh of my flesh; She shall be called Woman, Because she was taken out of Man.”
24 For this reason a man shall leave his father and his mother, and be joined to his wife; and they shall become one flesh.
Eve was taken from Adam. Verse 23 confirms this. The man said, “This is now bone of my bones, And flesh of my flesh; She shall be called Woman, Because she was taken out of Man.” What is the image and likeness, according to Gen. 1:26, that man was created into? These passages speak of oneness. Adam came forth out of God. Yes, the Scriptures say Adam was formed from the dust of the earth, and then God breathed into him the breath of life. Adam’s essence came from within God, not the dust of the earth.
On the most basic level, God created man and woman for oneness. “And they shall become one flesh.” Everything happening in the Scriptures on a natural level is but a reflection of the true reality in the spirit. So, God creates man, then creates woman out of man, and tells them to be fruitful and multiply. They were created in oneness, then separated, and then are to be made one again, i.e., one flesh. God created man for creating. This is important. The Lord did not tell Adam, singular, to be fruitful and multiply, but Adam, plural, to be fruitful. This is confirmed in Gen. 4.
1 ¶ This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day when God created man, He made him in the likeness of God.
2 He created them male and female, and He blessed them and named them Man in the day when they were created.
Now, all that has been said is to establish one thing. It is through the mystery of male and female that oneness is established, and all the creativity of God is released. This takes place in the spirit, the realm of true oneness. This message is not about natural marriage, but what natural marriage reflects. Ephesians 5 gives us insight into the mystical significance of male and female.
22 Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord.
23 For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the church, He Himself being the Savior of the body.
24 But as the church is subject to Christ, so also the wives ought to be to their husbands in everything.
25 Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself up for her,
26 so that He might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word,
27 that He might present to Himself the church in all her glory, having no spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that she would be holy and blameless.
28 So husbands ought also to love their own wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself;
29 for no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as Christ also does the church,
30 because we are members of His body.
31 FOR THIS REASON A MAN SHALL LEAVE HIS FATHER AND MOTHER AND SHALL BE JOINED TO HIS WIFE, AND THE TWO SHALL BE ONE FLESH.
32 This mystery is great; but I am speaking with reference to Christ and the church.
We are not concerned with teachings on how religion thinks husbands and wives should relate. Verse 32 is our key. “This mystery is great; but I am speaking with reference to Christ and the church.” The true masculinity is Christ. The true femininity is the church, or, His bride. It is this union of Christ and His church that produces the fruitfulness of God in the earth. This is the true fruitfulness that Genesis alluded to when God told Adam and Eve to be fruitful and multiply. It takes male and female to create oneness, for one came forth from the other. If there is no oneness between Christ and His church, all fruitfulness is stymied. It is from the oneness of Christ and His church that sons come forth. Sons are created through the oneness of male and female, i.e., Christ and His church. It is Zion who produces sons. Isaiah 45:25 is part of a longer discourse on God’s love and relationship with Zion.
25 Surely, thus says the LORD, “Even the captives of the mighty man will be taken away, And the prey of the tyrant will be rescued; For I will contend with the one who contends with you, And I will save your sons.
The current battle in the heavenlies is against sons coming forth. The war is against the oneness of Christ and His church, which produces mature sons. Everything of creation hinges on mature sons coming forth (Rom. 8:19-22). We can understand now why there is such perversity in the natural realm at the present time concerning sex and gender. It all reflects a higher realm and a higher battle. The attempts to blur or destroy the concept of male and female is directly related to the satanic attempt to destroy sons coming to birth. Satan instigated the same war when Christ was born, having stirred Herod to kill all the male children from two years of age and under.
It’s important to recognize what is happening in our culture. We must see the spiritual ramifications. Religion makes an issue of homosexuality, but this is not about condemning people on an individual level, for God’s love extends to everyone, regardless of what they may be caught in. This message addresses the spiritual force behind it all. It is the collective spirit driving these different agendas that is to be rejected. Much tolerance has crept into Christianity. The tolerance blinds the spiritual eyes to see what is really taking place. God has one agenda. His agenda is bringing forth sons and the fruitfulness that accompanies them. “Be fruitful and multiply.” The true multiplying is Christ’s nature being reproduced in His sons. All of Christ’s fruitfulness is contingent upon the oneness of male and female. What we see in the perversity of destroying gender is the satanic attempt to keep God’s people separate from Him. Every day Christianity accepts the concept of God is in heaven, and we are here on earth, apart from Him. “We serve God as best we are able.” This is so ingrained in Christianity it’s accepted as gospel. But it is the lie! The true gospel is Christ in you, the hope of glory. Satan ever works to separate Christ from His people. On a spiritual plane, the destruction of male and female accomplishes this. We were created for oneness! Male and female is the only means by which true oneness is achieved.
